CRAFT Sandwiches

SAUSAGE, PEPS + PRETZ

Smoked Calabrese pork sausage from Martinelli’s Farm, charred sweet banana peppers, summer vegetable bolognese, bacon fat breadcrumbs, shaved Grana Padano cheese + basil on a toasted split-top pretzel sub roll.

SUMMER MELT

Baffoni’s Farm herb roasted turkey breast, lightly dressed summer squash, Marieke Penterman black pepper gouda, crispy garlic, peach beer mustard + pickled shallots pressed on a ciabatta roll. Served w/ house pickles.

SHROOM GANOUSH (VEG)

Garlicky roasted local mushrooms, hazelnut baba ganoush, marinated scallion + Narragansett Creamery smoked mozzarella pressed on herb focaccia, finished w/ lemon-sumac honey. Served w/ house pickles.

    Italian salt-cured + air dried pork shoulder with impressive marbling

  • Olympia Provisions Rigani Loukaniko
    Greek inspired salami with oregano + orange zest

    traditional Spanish dry-cured, no-nitrate pork salami

Served w/ toasted herb focaccia, peach beer mustard, caramelized meringue, house roasted nuts, pickled things.

FORMAGGI (for 1 or 2)

  • Ambrosi Grana Padano
    American take on a sharp Italian hard cheese matured for 9 months

  • Marieke Pentermen black pepper gouda
    creamy, mild Wisconsin gouda with a hint of black pepper

  • Narragansett Creamery smoked mozzarella
    creamy, rich fresh mozzarella, lightly smoked
