1/4 pound Blackbird Farms pork Jagerwurst patty, melted Vampire Slayer garlic cheddar, caraway sauerkraut, bread + butter onion jam, crispy squash + dill honey mustard pressed on pumpernickel. Served w/ house pickles.
Sage + chickpea fritters, house made farmer’s cheese, lightly dressed mustard greens, pickled red onion, tzatziki, cherry bomb hot sauce + fried pumpkin seeds wrapped in a warm pita brushed with maple butter. Served w/ house pickles.
